Return / Refund Policy

Your coolAction.com emission reductions can be purchased for the price of $10.00 (U.S.) per tonne. A $3.95 (U.S.) shipping and handling fee applies to all orders. If not satisfied, you are free to send the certificate back within 30 days for a refund. (excluding shipping and handling charges)
